Orders placed before 2pm on working days are normally dispatched the same working day.
Delivery charges are shown clearly at checkout before payment.
Some orders are dispatched directly by our authorised fulfilment supplier, TIMCO. Tracking emails or text messages from DPD may therefore refer to a “TIMCO parcel”. Your purchase remains with Bucko Tools & Fixings, and we remain responsible for customer service and resolving delivery issues.
Once we receive tracking information, we will add it to your order and send your dispatch confirmation and tracking details by email. DPD may also send delivery updates directly to the mobile number provided with your order.
Orders may sometimes arrive in more than one parcel. Each parcel will have its own tracking reference, and no additional delivery charge will apply where an order is split during dispatch.
If DPD offers a safe-place option, instructions must be entered through DPD’s tracking service. Age-restricted goods cannot be left in a safe place, and pallet deliveries require a signature. If you authorise delivery to a safe place, you accept responsibility once the parcel has been delivered according to your instructions.
We currently deliver only to eligible mainland addresses in England, Wales and Scotland.
We do not currently accept orders for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isles of Scilly or other UK offshore destinations.
