Products may be fulfilled and dispatched directly by our authorised fulfilment supplier, TIMCO, with delivery normally completed by DPD.
Tracking emails or text messages from the carrier may therefore refer to a “TIMCO parcel”. This means that the order has been dispatched directly by our authorised fulfilment supplier.
Your purchase and sales contract remain with Paul Buck Ltd, trading as Bucko Tools & Fixings. We remain responsible for customer service and for resolving delivery issues, cancellations, returns and refunds.

DELIVERY
We currently offer online delivery only to eligible mainland addresses in England, Wales and Scotland.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are normally dispatched on the same working day.
After dispatch, eligible deliveries are normally expected within 1 to 2 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by stock availability, courier performance, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
